Help – How To Use Tracmojo
The Basics …
‘Tracs’ are the things you want to monitor.
The Home screen shows all your personal, group and followed tracs.
TracMojo will prompt you to ‘rate’ each of your tracs every due date.
The latest rating is shown on the Home screen represented by the coloured button.
When a coloured button is flashing, it is time for you to rate it. Tap the coloured button to go to the Trac Rate screen and enter your response.
Tap a coloured button which is not flashing to see the Trac rating history and any comments added.
Create your tracs via ‘Add Trac’ or edit them via ‘Edit tracs’.

Creating Personal Tracs
Click on Add trac & select ‘Personal trac’
Enter your trac or choose from the trac ideas.
Select the appropriate trac response wording or enter your own custom text >
Set the frequency for you to rate the trac ie. daily, weekdays, weekly, fortnightly or monthly
For selections other than daily or weekday, enter the day on which the rating should take place.
Set the finishing date >
You can then optionally invite followers to your trac by choosing emails from your contacts list. Followers will get an email inviting them to download. Once registered with the email you have used, they will be able to follow you.
Note: Only followers that you invite will ever see your trac and your responses

Creating Group Tracs
Creating group tracs is very much the same as above with the following additions
Click on Add trac & select ‘Group trac’
After entering your trac description, enter a GROUP REFERENCE which will give some context to the group. eg ‘Sues Fitness Group’.
You then add participants to your group trac via emails from your contacts list. A checkbox indicates whether you, as the owner of the trac, will participate also in the trac.
Note: Only participants & followers that you invite will ever see your trac and your responses
As owner, you alone can manage the setup of the trac, including who participates in and follows your trac.
The Dashboard
The dashboard is the Home screen.
All tracs that you participate in or follow are shown, grouped by your personal tracs, group tracs that you own or participate in, and other tracs that you just follow.
The coloured status buttons reflect the last rating made for a trac. For group tracs, this is the average from all participants rating.
A flashing status button indicates that the trac is due for rating. Tapping a status button which is flashing takes you to the rating screen, otherwise it takes you to the trac review screen.
Rating A Trac
The trac rating screen is where you record your ‘mojo’ against your tracs. You are prompted to do this once only on the days as defined when setting up the trac.
To rate your trac, tap the most relevant of the 5-point options.
You may then optionally record a comment. Comments have options of:
– Anonymous : Any participant or follower can see your comment, but not the name of the poster.
– For owner only: Only the trac owner can see the comment.

The Trac Review Screen
The trac review screen is where you can review the history of inputs to the trac.
The graph shows a line showing the ratings made over time and hence any trends can be determined. For group tracs this is the average rating across all participants who rated on each rating day. The vertical white bar chart overlayed indicates the percentage of participants who completed a rating on the rating day. A bar stretching all the way up the graph indicates 100% of participants have rated on that day. The graph can be zoomed and panned to see the detail required.
The comments button shows a popup screen with any comments that have been added. Participants and followers can add further comments here at any time. A trac owner has the option to email the comments as needed.
There are phone, notification and email communication options depending on who is using the app. A trac owner can communicate to all participants and followers by email and notification. Participants and followers of a trac can notify, email, phone or text the trac owner.
Settings
Notifications & Prompts:
– Set the time in the day when the first notification to rate is sent
– Turn on or off the first notification prompt
– Turn on or off the second notification prompt, which is sent 1 hour later for any tracs still not rated.
– Optionally be advised whenever a participant in a group trac that you own rates a trac
– Optionally be advised when a participant joins or leaves a group trac that you own.
– Optionally be advised when a follower joins or leaves a group trac that you own.
Account:
Shows your profile details:
– Your primary email
– A secondary email (add this for example, to be included in work tracs)
– Your Name
– An option to change password
– Your phone number
You may also logout from this screen.
